Charlie and Kim Carangelo Bayonne NJ Obituary, Death:- The Bayonne community is mourning the sudden loss of Charlie Carangelo, 58, and Kim Carangelo, 59, who passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
The couple leaves behind a grieving family and wide circle of friends who are remembering their lives and the impact they had on those around them. Kim Carangelo was a devoted mother to John McShea and Crystie Smith, and a loving grandmother to Leah Smith, Joseph Smith, and Meadow McShea.
Both Charlie and Kim were children of the late Charles Carangelo and Regina Lovino, and are survived by a network of cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles who remember them fondly for their warmth and generosity.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at G. Keenen O’Brien Funeral Home. A funeral mass will follow at St. Vincent’s Church, with a private cremation to take place afterward.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Bayonne Fire Canteen, c/o Will Chwalyk. The couple’s passing has left a void in the Bayonne community, but memories of their generosity, love, and commitment to family will continue to be cherished by all who knew them.
