Chris Flores Sheboygan WI Obituary, Death- Chris Flores, a beloved fitness instructor and personal trainer at The Summit Health & Fitness, has passed away, leaving behind a community of friends, clients, and athletes who admired his dedication, positivity, and drive.
Flores, a Plymouth, Wisconsin native, had been a fixture in the Sheboygan fitness scene, inspiring countless individuals to push past their limits and embrace healthier lifestyles.
Flores began his fitness career as a coach at Rage Fitness, eventually joining The Summit Health & Fitness in May 2022, where he worked with youth athletes, personal training clients, and wellness program participants.
Known for his motivational approach and genuine care for those he trained, Flores often helped clients find confidence and resilience both inside and outside the gym.
Before dedicating himself to fitness full-time, Flores worked as an equipment operator at Buteyn Peterson Construction for 15 years, and also contributed his time at FIRE Fitness Camp in Oostburg, building programs that blended skill, discipline, and encouragement.
He earned certifications and training through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), the University of Phoenix, and the Operating Engineers Local 139 Training School, reflecting a lifelong commitment to learning and growth.
Flores’ impact went beyond physical fitness. Friends remember him as a mentor, a conversationalist, and someone who could lighten even the toughest days. “I can’t believe you are gone… From the time that I first met you we hit it off,” a client shared. “You always pushed me to do more because you knew I could handle it… Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. He leaves behind a legacy of inspiration, mentorship, and heartfelt connections that will be remembered by all who had the privilege to train with him.
